Go live in about 5 minutesAll countries · all currencies
Your bakery’s site, menu, and checkout—without duct-taping five tools together.
Sign up, run our guided setup wizard (~5 minutes), and publish a shop that feels like your kitchen—pages, pickup messaging, reviews, and gift cards on your domain. Customers order and pay the way you already run the business while custom orders, retail SKUs, and preorder drops stay on one inventory and production board.
Wherever you bake — set your country and currency once. Your shop, costing, deposits, and checkout run in that currency from day one.
Loafaly reads handwritten cards and printed menus, builds ingredient lines and yield, and rolls food cost, labor, and overhead into a range you can trust before you quote or change your case price.

Everything your bakery needs
Browse by what you care about — your shop and site, marketing, sales, operations, tracking, organization, and tools.
Features
Your branded shop on your domain
Pages you control, delivery zones, QR codes, and buyers who land on your bakery — not a marketplace.
Your branded bakery website
A fast mobile storefront with pages you control—menu, blog, photo gallery, Google & customer reviews, pickup messaging, and banners—hosted on Loafaly so buyers land on your bakery, not a generic directory.
Customer shop app
Customers add your shop to their home screen — your logo in the bottom bar, menu on the right, top header hidden in the app (browser keeps the normal header). Sign in with Google, Apple, or email for push order updates and promos on Pro.
Shipping & local delivery
Turn on shipping zones, rates, and local delivery on your shop—policies and windows stay next to the same menu customers already trust.
Your domain, your URL
Point your own domain at your Loafaly storefront so emails, QR codes, and Instagram bio links land on you—not a generic marketplace listing.
Custom QR code builder
Design branded QR codes for business cards, packaging, and pickup notes—pick colors, dot styles, and drop your logo in the center, then download as PNG or SVG.
Live order status tracker
Customers watch confirmed, baking, ready, and out for delivery on the shop and in emails — calm progress they can check without calling you.
Discoverability scores
See how findable your shop is for search, maps, and answer engines — fix the gaps so new customers land on you, not a directory.

Every purchase helps support our students and teachers.

Marketing automations
Win-back
Customers who haven't ordered in a while get a friendly "we miss you" email — optionally with a coupon. Sends at the time you choose.
Abandoned checkout
Shoppers who started checkout with their email but never finished get a reminder about 2 hours later, sent at the time you choose so it doesn't go out overnight.
Weekly events digest
Every Monday at the send time you choose, subscribers get an email with your intro copy, upcoming events in the next 7 days (full address and hours), and optional featured products. Skips the week when nothing is scheduled. You can send the same digest again anytime; markets that have already ended are left out.
Marketing automations
Set up welcome, win-back, abandoned-checkout, and VIP thank-you flows once — the right email goes out at the right moment while you bake.

Seasonal campaign kits
One-click holiday bundles — a themed drop, matching coupon, email blast, and countdown page for Valentine’s, Easter, the holidays, and more.
Coupons & promos
Percent off, fixed amount, BOGO on menu items or categories (optional cap on pricey SKUs), free add-ons, and free-item codes with a spend minimum—customers apply codes at your public shop checkout and on custom orders.
Online gift cards
Sell digital gift cards on your shop—customers buy online, you fulfill balance at the counter or on future orders without juggling separate spreadsheets.
Loyalty & rewards
Turn repeat buyers into regulars with points, stamps, and redeemable rewards tied to real orders — customers see progress in the shop and you control what counts.
Classes & workshops
Sell seats for decorating nights, bread basics, and kids' classes — capacity limits, waitlists, and rosters live next to your menu so teaching revenue isn't a side spreadsheet.
Punch cards & scavenger hunts
Beta
Customers collect items on a card or hunt hidden treats — fill every slot for a prize. Runs on the shop, Quick Sale, and farm stand.
Sales
Every way customers pay you
Subscription boxes, preorders, quick sale, catering, gift cards, and checkout online or at the counter.
Subscription boxes
Sell monthly or weekly boxes on card-on-file billing — bakery curated (you pack each cycle) or customer curated (they pick from your slots when they subscribe, and can update next-cycle picks when you allow it). Pickup or delivery zones, charge reminders, and kitchen production each cycle.
Preorder drops & waitlist
Open a window, cap spots, show a live countdown, and collect a waitlist when you sell out—customers always know where things stand, and checkout stays tied to inventory.
Retail quick sale & inventory
Counter checkout that respects stock, syncs your menu, and shows what actually pays at the case.
Custom orders & client portal
Quotes, deposits, pickup windows, and clear status — customers stay in the loop without blowing up your phone.
Party & catering packages on your shop
Bundle platters, cupcake sets, and dessert tables with optional pick-one slots per line—customers see clear choices at checkout instead of endless back-and-forth in messages.
Mix & match boxes
Let customers build their own box from your slots — pick flavors, fill a dozen, checkout once. Kitchen sees every pick, not a vague assortment.
Treat boxes
Sell a curated box as one product — cookies, bars, and bites you packed, with a clear price and the same kitchen board as everything else.
Custom Creations
Replace the one-size-fits-all request form with multiple branded wizards — icon tile picker, branching questions, inspiration uploads, quotes, deposits, and a staff pipeline that converts to real orders.
Bulk & standard invoices
Build formal invoices for wholesale, corporate, and catering — product lines, freeform items, tax, Net terms, customer approval links, card deposits, and bake deductions when you’re ready to produce.
Wholesale portal
Invite B2B buyers to a private storefront with wholesale prices and a cart — they submit Net-terms invoices themselves. Most bakery sites don’t offer this.
Group orders
Let offices and schools fund a team order — per-person budgets, invite links, optional top-ups, and one consolidated delivery. Hosts check out; you bake once.
Collab drops
Beta
Partner with another bakery on one drop — shared menu, packages, and checkout, with payment splits so you both get paid.
Menu drops
Open a weekly order window with a full categorized menu and pickup days — customers order this week's bake, not a one-item drop.
Last Loaf leftover shop
Sell leftover bake at a discount instead of tossing it — an always-on surplus shop, surprise boxes, and a gold Last Loaf section when you send extras to a market.
Send an order as a gift
Checkout asks who it's for. Ship to their address or email a claim link so a friend picks pickup later — you don't bake until they claim.
Saved cards for next time
Signed-in customers keep a card on file and tap to pay the next order — no retyping numbers. You never see the card; the processor holds the token.
Customer pickup & delivery scheduling
Let buyers choose pickup or delivery windows on your public shop—separate from the internal kitchen board your bakers use to stage production.
Card payments & Tap to Pay on Android
Connect Stripe, Square, PayPal, PayID, PayTo, and more—online checkout plus in-person Tap to Pay on Android and Bluetooth readers when you sell at the case or a market tent. Tap to Pay on iPhone coming soon. Optional thank-you tips on deposits, balance payments, pickup, Quick Sale, and farm stand checkout.
Wholesale & bulk custom orders
Quote larger runs for cafés, weddings, and corporate buyers—deposits, line items, and production still tie back to recipes and pantry like everyday custom orders.
Downloadable items
Sell digital goods on your public shop — recipe PDFs, templates, STL files, and more — with instant delivery after checkout and no inventory to count.
Operations
Keep the line calm on busy mornings
Kitchen board, labels, farm-stand days, markets, and production logs tied to what you actually sell.
Kitchen production board
Big, glanceable cards for the line — filters for baking day, tap actions when orders move forward.

Build today’s local-delivery stops in one tap, optimize the order, share a live track link, send ETA alerts, and log GPS or planned miles when you End — Pro beta.
Photo proof on delivery
Snap the porch drop when you mark delivered — the customer gets the photo in their delivered email so there's a record it arrived.
Pickup access PIN
Gate a farm-stand locker or pickup site with a PIN. Customers unlock that location at checkout so market-only or locker pickups stay off the public list.
Packaging tags
Print a tag per packed order, scan it when the bag is ready — kitchen and pickup know it's complete without shouting across the room.
Packaging library
Save the boxes and bags you actually use — sizes, costs, and which SKU they wrap — so labels and costing stay honest when you switch a clamshell.
Bake timeline & starter feeding
Beta
Plan timed recipe steps and sourdough feeding on a timeline so mix, bulk, and bake don't collide on a busy day.
Production bake batch log
Record each bake from Recipes—deduct pantry for the main recipe plus linked icing or fillings, and add finished units to retail on-hand in one calm step.
Contains: wheat, milk, eggs. · Vegan-friendly · Made without nuts
Nutrition (per 3.2 oz): Cal 320 · Fat 14g · Carbs 44g · Protein 4g
Sample disclosure: This product was made in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection that may also process common allergens.
Label maker
Print shelf and case labels from the same recipes and retail SKUs—ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, dietary tags, and cottage-food declarations your inspector expects.
Dietary adjustments
Offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free options from the recipe — customers pick swaps at checkout while nutrition and labels update to match the substituted amounts.
Farm stand kiosk
Open your stand for the day, post a QR at the table, and let customers scan items, pay by card or cash, and check out on their phone — plus run preorder drops with pickup windows while you track what sold, spoilage, and weather by location.
Market day shifts
Open a dedicated shift for farmers markets and pop-ups: set the location, track what's on the table, and reconcile sales when the tent comes down — separate from your in-store day.
Events & farmers markets
Publish recurring market days, open houses, and special appearances on your site — customers know the dates and can buy event-linked products without guessing in DMs.
Tracking
Know what you spent and what sold
Pantry, receipts, mileage, write-offs, and analytics — numbers you can trust at tax time.
Receipt photos & expense tracking
Capture supplier receipts and day-to-day buys with photos, dates, vendors, and categories — so spending is searchable instead of lost in a shoebox.
Mileage for deliveries & errands
Log trips for wholesale drops, farmers markets, and supply runs — mileage stays organized for reimbursements and cleaner books.
Write-offs for broken, sampled & expired stock
Record spoilage, samples, breakage, and expired inventory as proper adjustments — your counts and margins reflect what really happened.
Totals that make tax time calmer
Roll up expenses by category over time and export a tidy history for your accountant — less digging, more baking.
Bread-and-butter pantry discipline
Flour through finishing touches: default units, par levels, expiry, and packaging barcodes. Scan a grocery barcode to add the package and label ingredients, or restock a row you already have.
A grocery list that knows your pantry
Keep Costco runs separate from the weekly shop. Tie lines to ingredients, drag to reorder, and let heuristics (plus optional AI when you wire it in) suggest how much to buy from how you actually bake.
Business analytics
See revenue, orders, and retail trends in one dashboard—spot busy seasons and case winners without exporting to another tool first.
Cottage-law sales-cap tracker
Track year-to-date sales against your state's cottage-food cap as a planning aid — so you see the ceiling before you overbook the holidays.
Organization
Team, locations, and exports aligned
Staff calendar, multi-location context, and bookkeeper-friendly exports when everyone needs the same picture.
Team calendar & roles
Plan staff time, closures, deliveries, and internal notes in one shared calendar — with team roles and permissions so the right people see orders, money, and settings.
Multi-location bakeries
Run more than one kitchen, shop, or market stall under one workspace—switch context without duplicating recipes, ingredients, or brand assets.
Sales import & accounting exports
Pull in sales from other channels, print Shippo labels when you ship, and export tidy history for taxes and your bookkeeper—beyond day-to-day receipt photos.
Staff team chat
Channels, groups, and DMs for the kitchen — shift notes and pickup questions stay in Loafaly instead of a group text that buries the order.
Tools
Small power features that save hours
Recipe import, AI assistant, menus, barcodes, and imports that cut repetitive typing each week.
Photo → structured recipe → numbers you can quote
Snap a card or chalkboard menu: Loafaly drafts yields, timing, and ingredient lines so you are editing, not transcribing, before you save costing.
Record the bake, update the pantry
Link recipes to what you sell. When you log a finished batch, Loafaly can subtract ingredients from pantry and add the product to retail stock — optional, but it beats guessing what you still have on hand.
AI shop assistant
An assistant on your shop answers common questions in your voice; owners get AI help inside Loafaly for recipes, retail, and day-to-day tasks—with human handoff when you want it.
Printable menu generator
Build a print-ready menu PDF from the same items and prices as your shop—case cards, catering one-pagers, and farmer-market handouts stay in sync when you update retail.
Barcode scan & Bluetooth printing
Scan packaging barcodes into pantry and retail, then print shelf labels or receipts over Bluetooth—fewer typos when the Saturday line is three deep.

Email, SMS & push marketing
Stay in touch with people who already ordered: branded promotional email, credits-based SMS (US bakeries only for now), and rare opt-in push — each channel has its own controls in Settings.
Email
Campaigns to past customers use your shop colors, logo, and tagline; send yourself a test message before you broadcast.
SMS
Credits-based texts with a confirmation before each send. Available for US bakeries while we expand international delivery. Pro includes 100 free SMS credits every month (roll over up to 200). On Core, buy credits as you go ($5 for 250). Order updates, Quick Sale texts, and marketing broadcasts — you always see credit cost before each send.
Push
Only customers who opt in receive marketing-style pushes; order updates stay helpful and separate.
Branded chat on your bakery’s site
Every Loafaly storefront includes a customer chat that matches your logo, colors, and tone. Your assistant answers common questions first; when someone needs a human, the thread lands in your Loafaly inbox — the same pattern as the chat button on this page, but on your own domain.
