For Facebook / Meta users
Loafaly provides a Meta Data Deletion Callback at /api/public/meta/data-deletion. If Meta sends a deletion request, we return a confirmation code and status URL.
How to request deletion directly
In the Loafaly app or website, sign in as the bakery owner or staff member, then:
Delete workspace (billing owner): Payments & billing → Loafaly billing → Delete workspace. This stops Loafaly billing (Stripe when applicable). If you subscribed through Apple, also cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
Delete account (sign-in): My site → Bakery profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your Loafaly login. Billing owners with an active workspace should delete the workspace from Billing first.
