Ordering & Lead Times Minimum Orders: Because all treats are baked to order in small batches, there is a minimum order requirement of one dozen cookies per flavor. Notice Required: To ensure your cookies are baked fresh and ready for your event, all orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Larger custom orders or event catering may require additional notice. Payment Securing Your Order: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your order and secure your date on the baking calendar. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to pickup. Pickup & Hand-Off Local Pickup: We operate locally within the Red Oak and Waxahachie, Texas area. We do not offer shipping. Meetup Locations: To ensure a safe and convenient hand-off, pickups are scheduled at designated public safe exchange zones (such as local police department parking lots). Specific times and exact locations will be coordinated when your order is confirmed. Cottage Food & Allergen Notice THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION.

Grace Period: We understand that traffic and unexpected delays happen! We offer a 15-minute grace period for all scheduled meetup times. If you anticipate running late, please send a message as soon as possible so we can adjust. Missed Pickups: Because pickups are coordinated at designated off-site meetup locations, we are unable to wait past the 15-minute grace period without prior communication. If you miss your window, we will have to leave the exchange zone, and you will need to contact us to arrange a new pickup time. Abandoned Orders: Orders that are not picked up within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, without any communication or effort to reschedule, will be considered abandoned. Because these are perishable, baked-to-order goods, abandoned orders will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

We take great pride in our creations and reserve the right to photograph all baked goods before they are handed off. Marketing & Social Media: Photos of your order may be featured on The Storybook Whisk’s website, social media platforms, or in other marketing materials. Surprise Events: We love keeping a secret! If your order is for a surprise party, gift, or special announcement, please let us know at the time of booking. We will happily hold off on posting any photos or videos until after your event has taken place. Sharing the Love: We absolutely love seeing how you style and enjoy your treats! If you share photos of your cookies on social media, please tag us. We are always thrilled to see our baked goods becoming a part of your story. Customer names and personal information will never be shared without permission.

Allergen Warning: Please be aware that our treats are prepared in a kitchen that also processes common food allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee against cross-contamination for severe allergies.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the inquiry or ordering process (including names, emails, and phone numbers) is used solely for processing your order and communicating with you. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.

All of our baked goods are fragile and sensitive to temperature. Once the order is picked up and in your hands, The Storybook Whisk is no longer responsible for any damage that occurs during transport or storage. Please ensure your vehicle is cool upon pickup and avoid leaving your treats in a hot car, direct sunlight, or humid environments, as this will affect the quality, texture, and safety of the cookies.
