We require at least 48 hours' notice for all standard orders so we have time to gather fresh ingredients and bake your treats from scratch. Larger events or custom requests may require additional notice.

Yes. Because every batch is baked to order just for you, we require a minimum of one dozen cookies per flavor.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot on our baking calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled pickup.

Currently, we do not offer shipping or direct home delivery. We operate locally out of the Red Oak and Waxahachie area and arrange local pickups for all orders.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and easy hand-off for everyone, all pickups are scheduled at designated public safe exchange zones, such as the well-lit parking lots of local police departments in Red Oak or Waxahachie. Exact locations and times will be coordinated when your order is confirmed.

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the 50% deposit, as ingredients will have already been purchased and preparations begun.

Keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and heat. They will stay fresh and soft for 3 to 4 days. If you want to save some for later, they freeze beautifully in an airtight bag or container for up to 2 months!

While we maintain high standards of cleanliness, all of our products are baked in a private home kitchen that also processes common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and soy. Because of this, we cannot guarantee our treats are entirely free from cross-contamination and do not recommend them for individuals with severe allergies.

The Storybook Whisk operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law. This means our products are produced in a private residence that is not subject to governmental licensing or inspection.
