When you order, you’ll choose a pickup spot and time through Hotplate. The dates, times, and locations vary by drop.

Right now, we partner with The Fox & Bottle and Jester’s Pet Supply in (Edmonds).

Pickup windows shift from drop to drop depending on our kitchen schedule, so check back, next time might work better for you.

If you’re in a delivery zone, that’s often the easiest backup. And if neither works, tell us! We’re always open to feedback on times and locations as we grow.

Email us at hey@thisispapernapkin.com (with your order number) and we’ll do our best to help. Once baking starts though, we can’t cancel or refund.

If you can’t make it, you can gift your cookies to a friend or we can donate them locally.

You can cancel any time before orders close on Wednesday, just email us at hey@thisispapernapkin.com or message through Hotplate.

After that, your cookies are locked in. Once we start baking, there’s no going back (literally, the butter’s already browned).

If you can’t make your scheduled pickup or delivery, email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to help, but refunds aren’t on the table once the ovens are on.

We do make a vegan, dairy-free, gluten-friendly cluster, though it's not always on the menu.

We bake in a shared commissary kitchen, so cross-contamination is always a risk. We do our best (PB cookies are baked last, for example) but nothing can be guaranteed allergen-free.

Old flavor? It's in the vault now. Occasionally we bring them back out but you can always custom-order them as well (1 doz minimum per flavor).

New flavor? Send us your ideas! DM us on Instagram or email us at hey@thisispapernapkin.com. We keep a running list, and love hearing what you’re craving.

Short answer: yes!

If your event lines up with a week we’re already baking, we can often add on. If it’s an off-week though, we need to book extra kitchen time (which adds $$), so it’s only cost-effective for larger orders.

We’re focused on serving our local community for now.

We’ve tried plenty of shipped cookies from other bakeries and they showed up dry and underwhelming. That’s not how we roll. If we're going to add shipping, we want to make sure you get fresh cookies.
