Policies

At Batter & Birch Bakery, all orders must be paid in full at checkout to reserve your items. We do not hold unpaid orders.

Orders are accepted during scheduled menu drops only. Each drop has a listed order window, cut-off time, pickup day, and pickup window. Once the order window closes, we begin preparing orders for that pickup day.

Pickup is at the front door during your selected pickup window. Please message when you arrive with the name on your order, and we'll bring your order to the door. Exact pickup details are sent after checkout.

Orders may be canceled for a refund until the order window closes. After the order window closes, items are baked to order and not refundable. Missed pickups are not refundable.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. Orders not picked up on the agreed-upon date and time may be subject to a rescheduling fee. If an order is not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.

Minor order changes may be requested until the order window closes. After the order window closes, changes may not be possible because ingredients and production are planned for each drop.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and walnuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact with allergens. Please review each product description and label before ordering
