Ordering & Payment
All orders are placed through preorder drops and must be paid in full at checkout to reserve your items. We do not hold unpaid orders.
Pickup
Orders are available for local pickup in Concord, California during the selected pickup window. Exact pickup details are provided after checkout. Please message when you arrive with the name on your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled or refunded until the order window closes. After the order window closes, items are baked to order and are not refundable.
Changes to Orders
Minor changes may be requested until the order window closes. After that time, we may not be able to make changes because ingredients and baking schedules are already planned.
Late Pickup
Please pick up during your selected pickup window. Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be considered abandoned and are not refundable.
