CUSTOMER TERMS

Thank you for ordering from The Shy Cookie Girl! By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment
Full payment is required when your order is placed. Your order or event date is considered booked once payment has been received. Listed prices include applicable sales tax.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, orders are considered final and may already be in production, so changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.

Pickup
Local pickup is available at designated pickup locations and times shown at checkout. Please make every effort to arrive during your scheduled pickup window. Orders that remain unclaimed for more than 24 hours may be disposed of and are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping
Shipping is available within South Carolina only. Shipped orders are generally sent on Mondays and Tuesdays, with tracking provided once your order ships. Shipping is typically a flat $8 fee, although larger orders may require an additional shipping charge. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. The Shy Cookie Girl is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom & Large Orders
Custom orders are accepted based on availability, order size, date, and the details of the request. Larger orders may require additional preparation time. Please contact The Shy Cookie Girl before placing a large or custom order when possible.

Allergens
Products are made in a home kitchen where wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts may be present. Products are not guaranteed to be free from allergens, and allergen-free accommodations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds & Product Concerns
Because baked goods are perishable and made to order, refunds are not provided for personal preferences regarding taste, texture, or flavor. If there is an error made by The Shy Cookie Girl with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Product Availability
Product availability, flavors, and quantities may change based on ingredients, seasonality, and bakery availability. Placing an order does not guarantee availability until the order has been accepted and paid for.
