How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

For multi-tier celebration cakes, we recommend at least 2–3 weeks. Short-notice requests may be possible depending on the calendar — ask via Custom order.

Do you ship nationwide?

Most items are optimized for local pickup. Shipping availability depends on the SKU and your Loafaly retail shipping settings — check the Order page for live options.

Can you accommodate nut-free or gluten-free?

We can often offer nut-free builds. We are not a certified gluten-free facility; we will be transparent about cross-contact and suggest retail SKUs when appropriate.

Pickup windows and addresses come from your Loafaly Locations — customers see the active site on checkout and confirmation emails.
