About us
My name is Valerie and from an early age, baking became a passion of mine. I started my love for sourdough on a deep dive to find food that would benefit/wouldn't affect my chronic illnesses. Ever since I successfully created my starter in 2024, I knew it would be a forever part of my life. In this process, we learned how important it is to nourish our bodies and to limit the chemicals we consume. We also learned the importance of supporting our local farmers and vendors. Now my husband (Ben) and I are so excited to share sourdough and sweets with the community!
