🍫 Orders, Booking, and Payment

Your order is officially reserved once a fifty percent deposit is sent. Until that payment is received, your spot is not held. All orders on my shop must be placed at least three days before the date you need them. Same day orders are not available because each treat is made fresh and with lots of love. Some items and custom creations may require extra time, especially during busy seasons or holidays. Prices shown on my shop are starting prices. Certain details, decorations, or special requests may raise the final total, and I will always let you know before the order is confirmed.

📦 Pickup, Delivery, and Caring for Your Treats

Once your treats are ready, I will message you so you can pick them up. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location. Please check your items at pickup to make sure everything looks perfect. When your treats leave my hands, they become your responsibility. I cannot be responsible for damage, melting, weather issues, or mishandling once the order is picked up or delivered. Chocolate and strawberries are sensitive to heat, sunlight, and warm cars, so please keep them cool and shaded. Perishable items, especially chocolate-covered strawberries and cheesecake style treats, taste best on the same day. If you store them, they must be kept in the refrigerator and eaten within two days.

🎨 Custom Orders and Special Design Requests

I love creating custom treats made just for you. If you have a theme or vision, please share as many details as possible so I can match it as closely as I can. Because all treats are handmade, small variations in color, drizzle style, toppings, and decorations may happen. These tiny differences make your treats unique and special. My kitchen is not nut free, dairy free, gluten free, or allergen free. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions, please let me know before ordering so you can decide what is safe for you.

❌ Cancellations, Deposits, and Refunds

Deposits are non refundable because they help cover ingredients and preparation for your treats. Orders canceled within twenty four hours of pickup or delivery cannot receive refunds. I do not offer refunds for taste preferences, color variations, or treats that melt or get damaged after leaving my care. If something seems wrong, please contact me within twenty four hours so I can help. I always want you to be happy and will do my best to make things right.

🍓 Food Safety and Allergen Information

All treats are made in a home kitchen that may come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and other allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please consider this carefully before ordering. Perishable treats must be stored properly in a refrigerator if they are not eaten right away. Baskets by Bugs is not responsible for reactions or issues caused by undisclosed allergies.

📸 Photos, Social Media, and Sharing

I may take photos of your treats for my shop, portfolio, or social media pages. If you prefer your items not be photographed or posted, please tell me. I will always honor your wishes with kindness and care. Your privacy is important to me.

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Changes may not be available if the order has already been started. Please double check pickup times, locations, phone numbers, and order details. I want your experience to be smooth, happy, and magical.

Chocolate and strawberries can be sensitive to heat, humidity, rain, or extreme cold. Please plan ahead when picking up treats during warm or rainy weather. I am not responsible for melting or weather related issues once the order leaves my care.
