Welcome! Nicole's Bakehouse is being built around handcrafted breads, bagels, English muffins, and other freshly baked staples made with simple, quality ingredients.
While I'm perfecting those recipes and preparing for a full bakery launch, I'm excited to share one of my family's favorites. My freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Thank you for being here and supporting this journey from the very beginning.

I'm a home baker passioinate about creating fresh breads and signature treats from scratch. This bakery was born from a desire to provide for my family and support my children's dreams, interests, and future endeavors... especially my son's dream of one day playing professional soccer.
I'm working hard to ensure that limited finances never stand in the way of my children's biggest dreams. Every loaf and cookie is handcrafted with care, and every order helps create opportunities for my kids to pursue their passions and chase the futures they envision for themselves.
