About us
Welcome to Grainwashed, a celiac-safe, gluten-free micro bakery based in Parker, Colorado, where every loaf is handcrafted with the belief that gluten-free should never mean flavor-free.
Founded by Justine Sobczyk, Grainwashed was born from a passion for creating artisan breads and baked goods that are every bit as beautiful, satisfying, and comforting as their traditional counterparts. Using thoughtfully selected ingredients, long fermentation, and small-batch baking, each product is made with care to deliver exceptional texture and unforgettable flavor.
Whether you’re living with celiac disease, avoiding gluten, or simply appreciate handcrafted food made with intention, Grainwashed is here to prove that gluten-free baking can be something worth craving.
One bite, and you’ll be Grainwashed.
