Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that plans change! Because sourdough is a multi-day process involving specific ingredient prep, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or remakes for any cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup, as your order is already in progress.

Bulk Order Policy: We accept bulk orders and may offer special custom pricing. Email all bulk inquiries to orders@fromscratchcottagebakery.com. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and time slot. Your order is not booked until deposit is paid and the remaining balance is due by the scheduled pickup time.

Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are to be picked up at our home bakery at your designated time slot. If you need to arrange an alternative pickup (Base Point or Geode employees), this must be requested and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.

What happens if I don't pick up my order during the scheduled pick up time?

Your bread is baked specifically for you! To ensure you receive the highest quality loaf, please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. Because I am a small-batch baker and cannot restock fresh bread, I am unable to offer refunds or remakes for missed pick up orders. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered forfeited. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business!

Do you ship your baked goods?

No. Texas law prohibits shipping cottage food products via mail (like USPS or UPS) for online orders. All orders must be delivered in person by me, a household member, or an employee.

Can I order through DoorDash or UberEats ?

No. Third-party delivery services are not permitted because the law requires a personal delivery by the producer or their household.
