2. Order Review
I’ll review your request, confirm availability, and reach out if any adjustments are needed.
3. Payment & Confirmation
Once approved, complete your payment through the website to secure your order.
4. Pickup or Delivery
Your freshly made treats will be ready for pickup or delivery at your scheduled time! Additional fees apply for delivery.

About us
Hi! I’m Dannyai, the owner of Dipped by Danni, a wife, and a stay-at-home mom to two little ones!
Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. What started as a love for baking and creating sweet treats has grown into a small business that means so much to me. As a wife and mama, I love being able to turn something I’m passionate about into a business while still being home with my little ones.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is bringing my customers’ ideas to life! Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, graduation, wedding, or simply a sweet treat just because, I love creating something special for every occasion.
Every order is handmade with love, care, and attention to detail. My goal is to create treats that not only taste delicious but look just as beautiful, adding a little extra sweetness to your special moments.

Policies
Ordering & Availability
All treats are freshly made to order. Custom orders are accepted based on availability, and advance booking is encouraged, especially for larger orders and special events.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made securely through our website using the available payment options. Venmo is also accepted with prior approval from Dipped by Danni. Please contact us before sending any payments through Venmo.
We do not accept personal checks, business checks, or e-checks.
An invoice will be provided when applicable, and payment must be completed before preparation begins.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our treats, cancellations and refunds are subject to review based on how far along your order is in the preparation process.
Once ingredients have been purchased or preparation has begun, refunds may not be available.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup is available in Great Falls, Montana. Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. If you are running late, please communicate as soon as possible.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location and availability.
Custom Orders & Designs
We love bringing your ideas to life! Inspiration photos are always welcome. However, because all treats are handmade, slight variations in colors, designs, and decorations may occur.
Additional charges may apply for detailed designs, edible images, specialty decorations, and individual packaging.
Allergies & Food Safety
Our treats may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Please communicate any allergies or dietary concerns before placing your order. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Treat Care & Storage
For the best quality, keep treats in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Specific storage instructions may be provided depending on your order.
Once treats have been picked up or delivered, Dipped by Danni is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transportation, or storage.
