Hi, I’m Madison, the baker behind Ashton Mill Bakery! I’m a home baker in Northwest Arkansas with a love for creating warm, handcrafted treats using simple, thoughtfully chosen ingredients.

We mill our own wheat fresh in small batches, capturing the rich flavor, aroma, and natural goodness of the whole grain.
Balanced recipes — brown butter, seasonal fruit, and sweetness that supports the bake, not the other way around.
