At TK's Sweet Treats, our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Please allow this time for your order to be prepared before it is shipped. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, special promotions, or high-volume periods. Processing time is not the same as shipping or delivery time.

TK's Sweet Treats reserves the right to photograph all orders and use those images for marketing purposes, including social media, website galleries, advertising, and promotional materials. Customer names and personal information will never be shared without permission.

Products are prepared in a home kitchen not inspected by a health department that may process common allergens including eggs, nuts, and dairy. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, TK's Sweet Treats cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Each order is freshly baked and made with care to deliver a high-quality, experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. We are committed to excellence and take great pride in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely in the best condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with another significant issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable so we can review the situation. By placing this order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

TK’s Sweet Treats only offers shipping. Any applicable shipping and handling fees will be communicated during checkout or before the order is finalized. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
