Orders that have already been prepared or are within our designated preparation window may be non-refundable. **Refunds** Because our baked goods and food products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, does not like a product, or is unable to pick up their order. If there is an issue with your order—such as receiving the wrong item, a missing item, or a product arriving damaged—please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. **Local Pickup** Pickup details, including the date, time, and location, will be provided with your order confirmation. Your order will be prepared as close to your scheduled pickup time as possible in order to maintain quality and freshness, so we ask that you please plan to pick up your order within the designated pickup window. We understand that life happens! If you know you'll be late or are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements when we're able. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of perishable products that are not picked up within the designated timeframe. We are also unable to take responsibility for products that are left unclaimed, improperly stored, or picked up significantly later than the scheduled time.

Whenever possible, we choose simple, thoughtfully selected ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives, preservatives, and artificial dyes. We believe that less processed is better and strive to bring you quality products made with care. Our food products are homemade in a kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients and common allergens. We take food safety seriously and make every reasonable effort to prepare and label our products accurately in accordance with applicable Kansas requirements. Please keep in mind we operate as a Cottage Bakery and are not subject to routine government safety inspections. Because our home goods are often handmade in small batches, returns and exchanges may be limited.
