At Peaches & Dreams Bakery, every order is handmade and customized just for you. I will always do my best to match your inspiration photos, color palette, and theme. Please note that I cannot create exact replicas of copyrighted designs, trademarked characters, or AI-generated images. Your cookies will be designed in my decorating style while staying as close as possible to your inspiration. Colors and overall theme will be carefully matched, but variations should be expected. To confirm your custom order, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If deposit is not received within 24 hours from ordering, it will be assumed you’re declining the quote and the booking will be removed to make room for other requests. For custom prints (edible images and cookie cutters) the full payment must be made in advance. This deposit covers the cost of ingredients, special decorations, custom cutters, packaging, and other materials necessary to fulfill your order. The remaining balance is due prior to pick-up. Please note that orders are not considered booked without the deposit.

Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, Peaches & Dreams Bakery cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you or someone who may consume these items has an allergy, please order at your own risk.

We appreciate your business and are honored that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the specified flavor choice(s), size, and general design elements will be as outlined. If you are not satisfied with your bakery items, please notify us at the time of pick-up. You must review your order before leaving our premises. Once the order has been accepted and taken off the premises, refunds will not be considered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our high-quality standards once your bakery item has been picked up and accepted by you or a designated party. All products become the responsibility of the customer once they leave our possession. Refund requests related to creative design style, color shade, or general decoration will not be honored or considered. If there is an error on our part regarding incorrect flavor, size, or missing elements, we will provide a partial or full bakery credit, dependent on specifics. For issues with the flavor or texture of your bakery item, you must notify us within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. As flavor and texture are subjective, refunds are granted at our discretion in the form of a 50% bakery credit, provided that the item is returned within 5 hours of pick-up with at least 95% of the product intact. Without the return of the item, we cannot verify and understand the issue and will be unable to offer any credit. Our bakery items are made from scratch. Cakes and cupcakes should be kept refrigerated, but should be allowed to sit at room temperature for at least one hour before serving. Cookies should be kept at room temperature or frozen. Please note that variations in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, texture, or appearance of the product. We cannot be responsible for any changes in texture, color, or shape due to weather conditions or poor storage.

Once your order has been picked up, it becomes the customer's responsibility. Peaches & Dreams Bakery is not responsible for damage that occurs after pickup, including damage caused during transportation, handling, weather exposure, or improper storage. We do not charge for late pickups, but we are not responsible for the condition of your items in the event of a delayed pick-up. Non-buttercream bakery items may be placed on the outdoor pickup table at your scheduled time. If you do not arrive at the scheduled time, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by your order’s extended exposure to outdoor conditions.

Please be aware that all baked goods are produced in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations under the Florida Cottage Law.

Peaches & Dreams Bakery reserves the right to photograph all orders and use those images for marketing purposes, including social media, website galleries, advertising, and promotional materials. Full customer names and sensitive personal information will never be shared without permission.
