Processing Time

Some Items Are Not Available for Shipping

Because we are committed to delivering the highest quality products, not all items sold by Loafaly are available for shipping.

Items that require refrigeration, are highly fragile, or may not travel well—including certain cheesecake products, cake cups, frosted desserts, chocolate-covered treats during warmer months, and other specialty items—may be available for local pickup or local delivery only.

Products eligible for shipping will be clearly marked on our website. If an item cannot be shipped, you will only be offered local pickup or delivery (where available) during checkout.

Freshness

Our baked goods are packaged to help maintain freshness during transit. Upon arrival:

Store breads and bagels at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
Refrigerate any products that require refrigeration immediately upon delivery.
Follow any storage instructions included with your order.
Shipping Delays

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Loafaly is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
