Deposit & Balance: I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and the remaining balance is due on pickup day.

Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge that rush orders are non-refundable, and cancellations made less than 2 days before the pickup date are not eligible for a refund.

Transport & Liability: I understand that once my order leaves the bakery, I am entirely responsible for its transport, storage, and handling, and the baker is not liable for any post-pickup damage.

Allergy Disclaimer: I acknowledge that while precautions are taken, cross-contamination is possible, and I release the business from liability regarding any food allergies or reactions.

Home Baker Disclaimer: I operate under the Home Bakers Act of Utah. Please be advised that I am not insured, and my home kitchen is not inspected by the State of Utah. However, my kitchen has been fully cleared and approved for cottage food processing.
