This small-batch rosella jam is made from home-grown rosellas, hand-harvested and grown without sprays right here at Hall’s Homestead.

If you’ve ever worked with rosellas, you’ll know — this isn’t a “quick” jam.
Each pod is hand-peeled, deseeded, simmered, strained, and cooked slowly to draw out that deep ruby colour and beautifully tart flavour.
